Employee Review App
This Privacy Policy describes how Robust Reviewer ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Robust Reviewer mobile application ("App").
We collect only the minimum information necessary to operate the App:
Your first and last name, as assigned by your employer and stored in our system. This is used to display your identity within the App and on leaderboards visible to your colleagues.
A unique identifier assigned to you by your employer. This is used to authenticate you when you log in to the App.
A unique token generated by your device and provided to us via Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google). This is used solely to deliver push notifications from your facility manager to your device.
When a customer scans your QR code, we record the event to calculate your performance statistics (total scans, reviews, and points). A hashed, non-reversible identifier is used to prevent duplicate scans from the same device on the same day. No personally identifiable information about customers is collected.
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating the App.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Your information may be shared only in the following limited cases:
Your name and performance statistics are visible to colleagues at your facility through the in-app leaderboard. Your anonymous handle (not your real name) is used on the group-level leaderboard.
We use Google Firebase Cloud Messaging to send push notifications to your device. Your push token is transmitted to Google's servers for this purpose. Google's Privacy Policy is available at: https://policies.google.com/privacy
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to a valid legal request.
Your data is stored on secure servers. We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted HTTPS connections, token-based authentication, and access controls to protect your information.
Authentication tokens are stored locally on your device using secure device storage and are never shared with third parties.
We retain your personal information for as long as your employee account is active. If your account is deactivated by your employer, your personal data will be removed from our systems within 30 days upon request.
Push tokens are automatically removed from our database when they become invalid (e.g. when you uninstall the App or revoke notification permissions).

The App is intended for use by employees aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected data from a person under 18, we will delete it promptly.
